Oh, how I love black and pink and my favorite neice! I used Heidi Swapp tape, print paper, bling. I painted the chipboard and used Hambly rubs to pull the print paper together with the chipboard. My favorite part of working on the layout was hand cutting out the designs! Imagine that!
